ak44a Terms & Conditions — Please Read Before You Play

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and ak44a ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the ak44a website, games, betting markets, promotional offers and all associated services (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing the Services, creating an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus or placing a bet, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Services.

ak44a reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms become effective upon publication on the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Services after an amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any amendment, you must stop using the Services and close your account.

To register and use the ak44a Services, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age and can provide documentary proof of age if requested.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously been excluded from the ak44a platform or any associated services for breach of these Terms or any other reason.
• You are not acting in any professional capacity, including as an affiliate or associate, without a separate written agreement with ak44a.
• You are not knowingly depositing funds derived from criminal or unlawful activities.

ak44a reserves the right to request documentary verification of your identity, age, address and payment method ownership at any time. Failure to supply accurate and complete documentation within the timeframe specified may result in suspension of your account and withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

Registration requires a valid Bangladeshi mobile number, a password of your choosing, and acceptance of these Terms. You must provide accurate information at the time of registration and keep your account details current. ak44a is not liable for losses arising from inaccurate information you supply during registration or thereafter. Each player may hold only one account. Where ak44a identifies duplicate accounts, it reserves the right to close all such accounts and confiscate any associated balances.

Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must change your password immediately and notify ak44a support. ak44a will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting ak44a customer support. Any positive balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC and verification procedures. ak44a may close your account without notice in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, or other conduct that is harmful to the platform or other users.

ak44a accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank and Islami Bank. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be returned. The minimum single deposit is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard players, though ak44a reserves the right to apply limits at its discretion.

Withdrawal Procedures

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. Players must complete identity verification (KYC) before their first withdrawal is approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. ak44a aims to process standard withdrawal requests promptly. Withdrawals involving bonus-derived funds are subject to completion of the applicable wagering requirement before processing will commence. ak44a reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawal requests that it deems unusual or high-risk.

Currency and Exchange

All transactions on ak44a are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The ৳ symbol is used throughout the platform to denote BDT amounts. ak44a does not guarantee any particular exchange rate if you are transacting from a non-BDT account. Any currency conversion costs are your sole responsibility.

ak44a offers a welcome bonus to new players who complete registration and make a qualifying first deposit. The welcome bonus is a 100% match on the first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The following conditions apply to all bonuses offered by ak44a:

• All bonuses are subject to a 30x wagering requirement. This means the combined value of the deposit amount and the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in total before any withdrawal of funds attributable to the bonus can be processed.
• Bonuses are valid for 30 days from the date of activation. Any unused bonus or associated winnings that remain when the bonus expires will be forfeited without compensation.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time. You must opt in to each bonus individually unless automatic credit is stated in the specific promotion terms.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash prior to satisfying the wagering requirement in full.
• ak44a reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already accepted and in progress will be honoured under the terms in force at the time of acceptance.

Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to placing matched bets to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk, using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, or providing false registration information to qualify for a bonus — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings, and may result in permanent suspension of the account.

All games available on ak44a are provided by certified third-party game suppliers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, NetEnt, Microgaming and Spribe, among others. Each game is governed by its own game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any individual game rules, these Terms prevail on matters of account management, payments and bonuses; individual game rules prevail on matters specific to the mechanics of that game.

Malfunction and Technical Issues

In the event of a technical malfunction or an error in a game that results in an incorrect payout or an invalid game round, ak44a reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's balance. ak44a is not liable for any losses arising from technical failures beyond its reasonable control, including internet service provider outages or device-level failures. Players experiencing a technical issue during a game session should screenshot the issue and contact support promptly.

Disputed Bets and Results

If you believe a bet or game result has been incorrectly settled, you must raise a dispute within 30 days of the settlement date. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. ak44a's decision on disputed bets, following a reasonable internal review process, is final. Decisions are communicated to the player by email or in-platform message within a reasonable timeframe.

ak44a is committed to providing a safe gaming environment and takes responsible gaming seriously. The following tools are available to all registered players from within their account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly or monthly): once set, a deposit limit can be tightened immediately but can only be relaxed after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Loss limits (daily, weekly or monthly): cap the amount you can lose in a given period.
• Session time reminders: configurable notifications at intervals you choose to alert you to how long you have been playing.
• Self-exclusion: a temporary (30-day minimum) or permanent exclusion from all ak44a services. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed within the chosen period.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ak44a. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform in a way not available to a manual human user.
• Attempting to launder money through the platform, including cycling deposited funds through games without genuine intent to play.
• Opening or using more than one account, whether in your own name or using the identity of another person.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature to obtain an advantage not available to other players under normal operating conditions.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or ak44a staff through any communication channel, including live chat, email or social media.

ak44a cooperates with relevant authorities where required by law and will provide account information and transaction records in response to valid legal requests. Players who engage in fraud, money laundering or other criminal conduct may be reported to the relevant authorities in Bangladesh.

All content on the ak44a platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ak44a or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, adapt, decompile, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any ak44a content without prior written authorisation. Any unauthorised use of ak44a intellectual property may result in account suspension and legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ak44a, its directors, employees, partners and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if ak44a has been advised of the possibility of such damages. ak44a's total liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes ak44a's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights.

ak44a may revise these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will use reasonable efforts to provide notice — for example, by displaying a prominent notice on the platform or by sending a notification to your registered contact details. The revised Terms will be effective from the date of publication. Your continued use of the platform after that date constitutes your agreement to the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the ak44a platform that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation should be submitted to ak44a's internal dispute resolution process first. ak44a will investigate and respond to formal disputes within 14 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the parties agree to seek resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable rules before pursuing litigation.
